About Ben

Ben is a writer living in Brooklyn, NY. His work has been published in Smithsonian, Saveur, Discovery Channel Online, MSN Money, Playboy, Yankee, Tasting Table, and Health.com among others. He has also produced radio segments for PRI’s Studio 360. Ben graduated from Yale in 2007 and was recently the head writer for the Duff Young Foundation, chronicling the efforts of a social entrepreneur to build sustainable communities in Africa.

Ben is a rabid New York sports fan and enjoys light carpentry and not-so-light cooking.
