About Ben


Ben is a co-owner of the popular restaurant Luke’s Lobster in Manhattan. In addition to making lobster rolls and handling business admin, he also runs the restaurant’s PR and blogs about the company for GQ magazine. It’s a 24/7/365 job, so please forgive his delinquency in updating the clips on this site. He continues to write in his spare time, with work published in Smithsonian, Saveur, Discovery Channel Online, MSN Money, Playboy, Yankee, Tasting Table, and Health.com among others. He has also produced radio segments for PRI’s Studio 360

Ben is a rabid New York sports fan and enjoys light carpentry and not-so-light cooking.
